About

I had someone come by the other day wanting to look at my windsock. This product is pretty old and was made before the days of flexi. The person wanted to be able to resize it and have it look flexible to blow in the wind. It was a reasonable request. My original windsock was actually a trick of sorts. I did a profile cut on a ring and centered it. All I had to do was rotate it. Unfortunately, rings do not support the flexi feature. I had to change it to a cylindar and forget about the profile cut trick. Not only did I need to rotate it, but now I had to position the prim to a new location each time. This brought me into the realm of triginometry with llCos and llSin. *sigh* From Dedric Mauriac via blogHUD
